The IM242S-128G-T is a 128GB M.2 M-key 2242 form factor embedded disk built to Industrial Grade standards, featuring TLC NAND flash and ICOP’s L3 architecture with a SATA III (6.0Gbps) Marvell NAND controller. The L3 architecture builds on L2 (Long Life) architecture with LDPC (Low-Density Parity Check), using a 4K mapping algorithm to reduce WAF and a real-time wear-leveling algorithm for high performance and extended lifespan.

Designed for industrial field deployment, the IM242S-128G-T supports TRIM, NCQ, and S.M.A.R.T., with exclusive industrial-oriented firmware offering flexible customization for various industrial applications. It operates across a 0~+70°C standard range, with an extended -40~+85°C option available for harsh-environment deployments — making it well suited for space-constrained embedded systems requiring compact, reliable M.2 storage.
