Vortex86VGA 是一個 22mm x 16mm LQFP 128 封裝。它集成了一個 PCIe連接控制器和一個 VGA 控制器，帶有 4M-Byte 的 Pseudo SRAM memory（16-bit data width）。它還集成了 3.3V DVO 數字接口，支持第三方 LVDS/TMDS 發射器。
