SOM304D3-74EINE1-HS

The SOM304D3-74EINE1-HS is a 70mm(L) x 70mm(W) x 10.5mm(H) System-on-Module built on the DM&P Vortex86DX3 SoC running at 1GHz, with 1GB DDR3 onboard memory. It features a 304-pin module with fully programmable I/O ports and 16-bit ISA bus support, running on a compact DC +5V @ 1300mA power input.

Its programmable interfaces support up to 80 GPIO, or up to 9x UART, SPI, I2C, PWM, SD, LPT, and IDE — offering flexible peripheral configuration for custom carrier board designs. The compact form factor and extensive I/O programmability make it well suited for embedded systems requiring high integration density, such as industrial controllers, data acquisition systems, and legacy interface migration projects.
