The 86STEP is a cost-effective stepper motor capable of detecting lost steps. The optical encoder is embedded in the design and directly monitors the motor rotor position. Position feedback from the encoder enables closed loop control while retaining the advantages of a stepper motor to prevent lost step problems, effectively enhancing safety and reliability for applications requiring position verification and position maintenance.
